The Daily Drucker - One of my all-time favorites. There are 365 days of insight and motivation. Peter Drucker was a master a boiling down business to basics. This is a great read, one day at a time. Though the focus is business, anyone in a leadership position can benefit from Drucker's timeless wisdom.

Quiet (Susan Cain). The sub-title is "The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking". Working in IT, you have worked with introverts - you may be one yourself. It can be challenging to be a leader and an introvert, but this insightful book will change how you view and work with the introverts in your world.
